Hawaii is such a gorgeous and one-of-a-kind place that offers beauty and aesthetic in itself, but adding your personal touches is going to make for an exceptional event. Anthony has extensive experience in the events industry here on O’ahu. He began his journey in the industry at Loulu Palm, a beautiful venue on the North Shore (where we met)! There, he spent two years as the property manager, specializing in ways to make it even more beautiful for couples. He embodies a hard-working, self-sufficient, and lead-by-example mindset. He is keen on details and is able to spot a problem long before it presents itself, making him perfect for event execution, troubleshooting, and finding a positive solution. Anthony transitioned from property management to catering, at Ke Nui Kitchen. Him and I worked together there for over a year, executing hundreds of events, before deciding to embark on our own business journey!


I (Lindsey) began my event industry experience catering at Ke Nui Kitchen. I began leading surf contest dinners, weddings, and intricate winter parties until I became the Production Manager a few months later. In that role, I learned the importance of logistics, time-management, and being overly prepared. With my Type A personality and front-facing position, I bring organization, drive, kindness, and calmness to an otherwise fast-paced environment. The ability to prioritise and compartmentalise all elements of an event is something I possess and I know it will be a contributing factor to creating a seamless event for you two!


In addition to years of event industry experience, Anthony and I have spent our entire careers in the customer service industry. From food service, to hotel hospitality, and everything in between. We believe that professionalism and the ability to communicate effectively is the epicenter of a positive event experience. Our company is built on amiability, genuineness, and empathy. We want you to know that we are here every step of the way; just a mere phone call or email away! Give all your stress to us and let us do what we do best! 


Please glaze over our attached documents within your personalized welcome packet. There you will find contracts, a client questionnaire, etc. We will walk you through it all and be sure we are all doing our parts to meet deadlines.
